No one ever said going through life was easy. We’ve always felt it's how you react and rebound from stressful situations that define who you are. We asked @madsgilbert how she likes to De-stress to reset her mind.

Tip 1:  Meditate 

  • Have found great success using Headspace

Tip 2: Exercise / Stretch

  • Enough to hit a light sweat can completely reset everything I had bubbled up 

Tip 3: Read

  • Currently reading In 5 Years by Rebecca Serle

Tip 4: Take a bath

  • The lave body wash doubles as bubble bath ;]
